It's not immediately clear how to change the time on your Fitbit from the device itself. That's because you can't change the time from the device itself. Fitbit automatically syncs itself to the app installed on your smart device, like your iPhone.

In order to change the time on any Fitbit, you need to access the app within your phone or smart device. It's not hard, don't worry! We'll walk you through it.

Fitbit App on iPhone

Select the Fitbit application on your phone.

Select your profile on the very top-left of the screen. (You may or not have uploaded a profile picture of yourself here.)

Scroll down until you find "App Settings," and select it.

Deselect "Set Automatically" to stop your Fitbit application from auto-setting your time.

Choose your correct or desired time zone to manually change the time in your Fitbit application and, thus, across your Fitbit devices.
