1 – How to add a contact on iPhone or Android

1. Open the Facebook App
2. Tap the three stacked horizontal lines
3. Scroll down and select Messenger Kids (you might need to select ‘See More’ to get to it).
4. Select your child’s account
5. Select ‘Contacts‘
6. Select ‘Choose People‘
7. Select ‘Add‘

2 – How to Remove a contact in Messenger Kids

1. Open the Facebook App
2. Tap the three stacked horizontal lines
3. Scroll down and select Messenger Kids (you might need to select ‘See More’ to get to it).
4. Select your child’s account
5. Select ‘Contacts‘
6. Select the three vertical dots next to the name of the person you want to remove.
7. Select ‘Remove‘ as a contact.

3 – How to add a contact from your desktop

1. Open Facebook and go to the ‘Explore‘ section on the left.
2. Select ‘Messenger Kids‘
3. Select your child’s account
4. Select ‘Choose Contacts.’ You can search for specific people to add, or select a category (i.e. Your Friends, Family Members).
5. Select ‘Add‘

4 – How to remove a contact from your desktop

1. Open Facebook and go to the ‘Explore‘ section on the left.
2. Select ‘Messenger Kids‘
3. Select your child’s account
4. Select the gear next to the name of the person you want to remove.
5. Select ‘Remove‘ as a contact
