To set a static IP address, you will need to edit the dhcpcd file on the Raspberry Pi. You can access it from a terminal window with the following command:

sudo nano /etc/dhcpcd.conf

Look for the static IP line and enter the desired IP address. Use ctrl + X to save the changes.
