There are so many new features in Windows 11 it's almost hard to keep up with them all. From the change to the Windows Start Button and Start Menu, to the changes to Focus Assist, to Virtual Desktops, there's a lot to learn even for the most experienced Microsoft users.

Widgets Pane Windows 11

The Widgets Pane in Windows 11 has a nice default layout that's relatively customizable. You can access it with the new keyboard command Win + W.

Quick Settings Windows 11

Your Quick Settings default to the bottom right corner of your screen, and you can pull them up with the keyboard shortcut Win + A. You can customize these by clicking the gear in the bottom right corner of the settings area.

The Notifications Center is a new feature in Windows 11 that populates by default on the right edge of your monitor. You can access it with the keyboard command Win + N.

If you work from home, you probably use Microsoft Teams frequently to communicate with coworkers. If so, access your Teams chat quickly using the keyboard command Win + C.
