Open Settings > Privacy > Microphone.

Find the Facebook app in the list of apps with Microphone access. If background of the button is green, that means it's enabled. If so, click to disable.

Open Settings > Personal > Privacy and safety > App permissions > Microphone.

Find the Facebook app and turn the slider to OFF.
