highlight and delete page google docs

If you want to get rid of a page in your Google Doc, then the simplest way is also the oldest way.

  • Highlight the text on the entire page you want to delete.
  • Right-click and select Delete, or hit delete on your keyboard.

That will cause the remaining text to jump up to fill in the space. If you want to leave a blank space instead, then place your cursor where you want the blank page to start and go to Insert > Break > Page break.
