Navigate to Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
Enter the following command and press enter:
nettop
The nettop program supports a number of commands (usually executed by pressing a single button on your keyboard). Check them out!
Resetting your network settings is usually a last-resort effort when troubleshooting network issues. It completely wipes your network settings including any saved networks—proceed with caution.
