Using an application of terminal command and you're not sure if it's stuck? Want to monitor network usage from the computers on your network? There's a built-in program for that.

Navigate to Applications > Utilities > Terminal.

Enter the following command and press enter:

nettop

The nettop program supports a number of commands (usually executed by pressing a single button on your keyboard). Check them out!
